« This is a very basic room. Not luxurious at all. I had to lug my suitcase up to the third floor! When I walked in, the room was very hot! The A/C cycles on and off and is pretty loud. The street noise is quite loud. The 2 chairs in the unit need to be replaced with something comfortable. The desk did not explain how to open the door. « This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. « I gotta say this property was much better than I ever expected. The unit very clean and well taken care of, beautifully decorated and quiet. Its is a ground floor so it was nice to look out on the lanai to see the lush plants and little mongoose running around. Parking was great right in front of our place a big plus. « The place is right in the middle of the downtown and steps away from great food spots and the water! The studio was cute and clean. Owners provided snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and cooler - made snorkeling and beach trips very comfortable! The owner was very accommodative and overall had a great experience :) »
