The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property...

« The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place »

« Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again! »
