'Location is close to the road and it’s very convenient. The room is new and clean, it’s on the second floor. The parking lot is in the yard, very convenient to park. Many grocery stores nearby. The host is very kind, always responding fast. She provides me many cooking sets that I need. The kitchen is full of everything and the refrigerator is big enough to hold many food. The bed is very soft. The living room is spacious. It’s a house you can come again.'

'Our stay here started on a very stressful note with bad experience. The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property...

'Booking cancelled by the host 10 days before scheduled stay, citing "Environmental impact Due to unexpected environmental events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters, the property is no longer safe or suitable for guests. Your safety is our top priority.". The property was still available on nearby dates of my cancelled stay.'

'We had a very disappointing stay at this property and ended up leaving early, without any refund. To start: the home was noticeably dirty and far more run down than the listing photos suggest. Several walls were damaged or stained, the fireplace was broken, and the refrigerator had only one shelf, making it impossible to store the groceries we brought for our trip. The dishwasher’s lower rack was broken, preventing the sprayer from functioning properly. The coffee maker was rusty, and the...

'The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place'

'Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!'
