'This penthouse apartment is BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous views and sea breeze, and the apartment itself is very nicely laid out and has all the amenities. Lots of good stuff to do within walking distance and convenient to everything else in the LA/OC metro area. The only downside is the downtown homeless and crime element, but I did not feel unsafe walking my dog outside, even at night. I would buy this place to live in!'

'This is my first bad experience in 15 years of using Expedia. We booked this condo six months in advance for a festival, but just one month before our trip, the owner canceled our reservation. To make matters worse, I'm still missing $257 from my refund. Very disappointing.'

'WONDERFUL place to stay! We were in California for a family wedding and stayed a few days extra. We spent 8 nights The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, very comfortable, cozy and decorated beautifully. Nico was an excellent host. He made sure to contact us when a maintenance issue came up with the building (a minor power outage, no problem). He was available when we had questions and was just very attentive to any needs. I can’t recommend this place highly enough....

'Loved our stay away from the chaos of L.A. A gem in a quiet neighborhood on the beach. Worked very well for us. Central location to hit the theme parks, Little Tokyo, Griffiths Observatory, and the beach. Only a short drive south to enjoy the waves, as the beach was waveless within walking distance.'

'Overall the location is perfect. Being directly downtown is great as it is walking distance from A LOT of amenities. The apartment itself is large enough to accommodate a couple, yet right-sized for companionship. The balcony was amazing and the furnishings were adequate. The only tricky piece is the check in and the professional level driving needed for the parking space. Other than that, we would certainly stay here again. '
