'A very nice condo in a great location! The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator and carts. You can see and hear the ocean at that level. The walk to the beach through the grasses and shrubs is beautiful! Nice wide beach. Everything I needed was in the condo including beach stuff in a storage unit. Communication was good and check-in was easy. St. Simon’s is beautiful and unusual. On,y 25% of properties are rentals, so it is a real low country town with gorgeous old trees festooned...

'Cozy little condo, if a little outdated. VCR and a cable box connected to a 19” tv via screw-in coaxial cable? Queen size bed almost too big for bedroom, and the mattress so worn out you feel like a beached turtle trying to get up. Had to go back to management office to get key because they forget it was not keypad access. Lady at office was nice.'

'This place is EXACTLY as pictured and described. It's spacious and clean and quiet! So much better than a hotel room, and very reasonably priced!! Kitchen was perfect to cook and bake in when we wanted. Stocked with pots and pans, baking sheets, serveware, toaster, blender, and coffee pot. Laundry room was so nice to have! 'We had a lovely stay with beach walks and exploring the island! Lots of fresh seafood, local history and a spa visit — recommended by our property mgr., rounded out our stay. There was good parking and elevator access, when needed. The pool was beautiful, although we didn’t use it due to the chilly temps; it was not heated. The hot tub had a sign saying it was not working, although the water was warm and the jets came on; we did not inquire w/the office. The main tv was a bit wonky at first, but...

'Great space and a terrific location! The space was as described- plenty of room for our family. The location is terrific, plus you get your own parking space (not guaranteed in many Savannah rentals). We’ve gone to Savannah each year for the last four years, and I think we’ve found a place we’d all like to stay at again. Highly recommend! '
