'Overall it's a very nice historic hotel. Beautiful on the inside and breakfast was delicious. My only issue with it was the way the balcony was advertised. I was under the impression that everyone had access to the shared balcony space, but this wasn't the case. Only certain rooms on the 2nd floor did and we were put on the top floor, the 4th floor. When selecting the room from Expedia, it should have made it clear the rooms with access to the balcony and the rooms without access. Not sure how...

'Hotel heeft uitstekende lokatie. Kamer was goed en netjes, ook de badkamer. Helaas was er geen ontbijt meer na 9:00u ‘s ochtends terwijl dat inbegrepen was in de prijs en het ontbijt tot 10:00u zou zijn. Compensatie was mager. Beter verwacht van Hyatt. Daardoor met het gezin elders moeten gaan ontbijten ad 50 dollar extra kosten.'

'Prima hotel maar betalen voor wifi? Welkom in 2014. Ik sliep de nacht ervoor bij een Howard Johnson van 60 dollar en daar had ik gratis internet. Als je lid wordt van hun loyalty programma dan heb je wel gratis wifi, maar als je als gast voor de eerste keer hier overnacht en dan zo wordt behandeld dan ga ik natuurlijk nooit een loyale klant worden. Maar goed, bed, kussens, douche en airco zijn goed. '

'The room is comfortable and the beds too. It’s quite near to the Aquarium, Coca Cola and to the olympic Park. I enjoyed the visit. Parking is not included and I think it‘s to expensive. The Hotel is really good, but if I think about the price it has to be very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.'
