'The rooms are spacious, but the furnishings are tired and the a/c is weak. We have stayed here multiple times this year. It’s the best in the area, but overpriced for what they offer. We always enjoy the friendly staff.'

'The rooms are clean and comfy, the lobby is gorgeous, the coffee shop is legit. Nightly smores around the fire pit, right on the lake, can walk to the water park of inflatable slides on the lake.'

'Thunderbird Inn is very retro but I didn’t like having to synch my phone to the tv just to watch it and my bathroom wasn’t clean.. The bed was nice a firm and comfortable.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The breakfast staff was wonderful! But the room we stayed in smelled horrible!! It was the worst dog urine smell ever!!! They need to take 606 out of commission, and deep clean the floors, carpet and drapes! If you are going to allow animals at your property have the appropriate cleaning supplies to rid the rooms of their odor!'

'A lot of rude employees. They like to give short answers and avoiding eye contact. Rooms seemed clean. Elevators were scary to use, and stairwells are disgusting! Every level of stairs had dog pee at the landings that were literally puddles. Our tv showed us the guide, but no channels worked and internet didn’t connect to use apps either. The sliding glass door to patio was almost unusable, opening and closing was a chore. They installed a separate pin lock. Room took all night to cool off. Then...
