'Lovely time. Slept great! Food was delicious. Loved the chai bowl. Mateo was a fun bartender. The only thing I could say is that the elevators could be cleaned better and daily wiping of elevator buttons on the each floor would be nice too. Overall its an 8.5 out of 10!!'

'I liked the view and the idea of s'mores by campfire. Property is very outdated. Furniture from 70's and worn out. Pool needs to be updated and tikihut looks ready to fall down. Amenities not open late enough and separate from property. Service at the restaurant was awful. Waited 30 minutes to be seated and it was empty. Waited 30 minutes more for drinks. Food was good though.'

'Run-down old motel that happens to have good design and a cool old sign. It's too bad, everything sounds good on paper but the execution was terrible and prices are wild for what you get. $25 to park in an empty lot with random people milling around your car. Free Moon Pies and a couple of cans of soda don't make up for a gross old motel. 'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The valet is overpriced at $50. There is a public parking facility diagonal from the property. We had an issue with the valet, we checked out at 9 and left. We were in St. Augustine Florida that same afternoon when the charges came through for $78. Why? Because they did not check my car out of their system until 135pm which is after the 1pm time they have for it to be checked out. I tried a chat with the valet company from their website---waste of time they take at least 5 days to get back to...
