'This property is lovely but some rooms are a bit dated. We understand it is scheduled for a renovation soon. We had a few issues with our room but it was handled by front desk staff. The front desk employee, Michelle, was excellent! She handled everything quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent, especially if you are going to convention center.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The hotel itself is lovely and we returned for this visit because of their pool. We were astonished this morning when there was EAR PIERCING constructing happening directly above our room. I called down to see what in the world was happening and the front desk simply said “yes there is construction above you for the next 7 hours”. We were charged a premium price for this room, not notified this would be happening and thrown a few points for our “inconvenience”. It absolutely ruined our little...
