'The hotel is two weeks old, clean, with a nice layout of the rooms, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, but there was no breakfast. The room was a little noisy; I stayed in a corner room on the first floor, and I could hear people outside a lot. I liked the kitchen area with the fridge, and the working desk area was a plus. 'Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. 'Spacious apartment a short walk from the Cherry Blossom festival downtown. The unit is well maintained and well-equipped with everything my husband and I needed! Parking behind the apartment was convenient! Wonderful water pressure and great showerhead in the clawfoot tub, small “extras” of hygiene products were also a nice touch! Soft towels, a comfortable bed, and everything provided for morning coffee! We will definitely be back! '
