'This hotel was clearly a former hub of drug and criminal activity: as was evident by the guard attended gate, occasional prostitute roaming the walkways, and restriction on having visitors in your room after 9 pm. The property is slightly run down, but the room was comfortable. This hotel is not a vacation destination. Its primarily for transients who need a cheap and somewhat safe place to stay. HAVEN hotel is the perfect name for it.'

'Pool closed—not notified when I checked in. Really, I would not have booked without the pool! Sounded like it might have been an inspection issue as it looked fine. Disappointed grandsons. They needed to tell me upfront. '
