« Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. « We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock.
