« I called room service for extra face cloths and towels she never came to give them to me. The elevator was broken not running at all. We had to take the stairs due to the elevator not working at all. »

« The staff was super friendly and helpful. It appears to be an older property so the rooms didn’t smell very fresh. We had a room in which the faucet in the bathroom was about to come off the wall and our phone didn’t work for me to call the front desk. We had one. Ight where the wifi wouldn’t connect with our room credentials so just a few things made it difficult. Also walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors on every side of you. »
