'when we first arrived, we were surprised at the location and the house itself! The views were beyond belief. The pictures in the listing do not do this house justice. The house is roomy, and very well appointed. And the bonus was a beautiful Christmas tree all decorated for us so that when we exchanged gifts, it made it a very special occasion. 'The ride to and from the cabin on narrow mountain roads was harrowing for us Floridians, but the cozy little cabin complete with Christmas decorations and floor to ceiling windows showing off the most incredible view was well worth the effort! The cabin was well kept, clean and felt like home. The hot tub worked perfectly and was clean. The heaters in the bathrooms were a wonderful addition on our cold evenings. 'Communication with the host was good. The cleanliness of the property was extremely disappointing. Linen was stale & had a smell. We ended up buying wash clothes & towels. It could use an exterminator as well. Perfect location. The views were amazing & we like the fact that it was close to downtown. Please clean & do some upgrades in the unit. '
