'This was a great location for our big family! Grandparents and great grandparents were incredibly comfortable during our Family Reunion weekend, away. The porch is big enough for babies and toddlers to safely play. It was also my nephew's 3rd birthday! The host was proactively helpful, so had no questions! '

'I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. We booked the house expecting 5 bedrooms, but were informed on the way there that only 3 would be available. That was a major change and not at all what we agreed to.Even worse, during our stay, the owner was walking in and out of the house unannounced. Nowhere in the listing did it say the owner would be present or entering the space, which made us very uncomfortable and completely violated our privacy. What if someone had just...

'Our family gathering included 19 adults and 8 children ages 5 & under. Our parents once had a home on Lake Jackson, so this was a trip of memories for all of us. This home provided ample gathering space inside, and the pool proved a great place for outside gathering. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. 'This is our second time as we are renting this house and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The house is huge, big lot too, it’s super-quiet, the place just filled with a birds chirping which is so nice to wake up to. Everything is clean and well-maintained, there’s a nice firepit outside, awesome hot tub and canoes downhill. The host is very helpful and replies to the questions right away. 'We ended up getting properties switched due to issues in the houses, but the one we ended up with we absolutely loved!! Very close to Covington Square. Our hostess stayed in touch regularly and was very helpful. Sweet Magnolias was filming there during our visit so we fell in love with the area even more! Everyone is nice! '

'The pictures don't do it justice. It's so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Anything you want is only 10 minutes away or less. My daughter, adult grandchildren and great-grands all live close to Covington. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of old growth that sheilds you from your neighbors. We hope to be back.'
