Je me suis présenter le 2e soir pour prendre possession de ma chambre. J'étais conscient que j'allais perdre la première nuit étant donné que j'avais déjà tout payé a l'avance et que c'étais pas remboursable. Alors une fois rendu sur place le 2e soir, on a refusé de me donner une chambre par prétexte que je ne m'étais pas...

« I had an issue with my reservation when I checked in. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. Overall, the front desk staff was wonderful. »

« DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel...

« I have stay here a couple of times, and this stay was great, on day of check in the host was great, he had fresh baked cookies for me and checkin was pleasant. The day of check out host was pleasant no issues w/my return deposit this time. But, the pool hours need to change for the adults, a late lap in pool would've been nice, fix the ice machines, provide more luggage carts, covers for the pull out beds, add a welcome package inside the guest rooms. »
