#1credit card was charged 100. for incidentals, on paid 3 day charge.
#2 room 230, light fixtures both headboards need repair wires from fixture exposed the other missing part as well.
3# call front desk to inform condition of room upon arrival, as to not be charged for damage to room, on my part. Front desk person alerted maintenance. Maintenance arrived light bulbs in hand to know avail because both were in need of repair requiring additional parts. He wreaked of Marijuana. Leaving a lingering smell in the room upon him leaving
#4 11/23/2025. At 1:45am I arrived at front desk to check out, turn in both card keys and get a print out of the receipt. I was told by the female employee at the front desk, (with know identifying employee uniform on) that I couldn't receive a printed receipt because of audit. After verification of email address, I told her that I needed receipt for my employer.
#5 At 3:13am called property requesting receipt. was assured would receive it she remembered me asking for it.
#6 received emailed receipt, date and time of check out illegible, contacted Kim Nam supervisor request a clear copy, explained i needed said date and time to be clear. She was rude yelling and said that I checked out at 3:53am. I explained I had proof that of a call to property at 3:13am. She lost it started yelling. I requested a clear copy. She sent the same illegible receipt. Can I get a clear copy of date and check out time please.
