Durante el check in el personal fue atento y nos explicaron las instalaciones pero te quieren vender a fuerza su paquete de vacaciones, que no hubo problema al declinarlo. El resort fee incluye lo que son albercas, gimnasio nuevo y el acceso a Mantamar. 'Goede accommodatie gelegen in gezellige omgeving, direct aan het strand. Absoluut niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Veel restaurants in de omgeving. Kleine supermarkt tegenover het hotel. '

'Great place to stay at. Feels like home. Muy bonito lugar con mucho espacio. Better than most hiltons and Wyndham hotels.'

'Third time staying at Vallarta Shores. We had a large group with kids and they all loved it. Penthouse was fantastic and proximity to the beach is great. At the end of the beach so you will have to walk or uber if you want to head into town but we enjoy walking off the great food and drinks. Would recommend to anyone who wants a small hotel vibe.'

'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'We have stay here numerous times and has never disappoint us. The staff is amazing , the pool is great, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, the small CHIC restaurant team is super attentive and fun. Located in the middle of everything. SHOUT OUT to the team Speedy , the restaurant manager , Ramon , and Gabriel.'

'Basic accommodations, good for one night when catching a flight or when arriving late. Breakfast was basic (toast, fruit, coffee, juice, granola) but sufficient. Pool area is comfortable and hotel located not too far from the beach. Staff are friendly and bed comfortable. Some traffic noise; ear plugs were useful for me. Decent shopping venues in the area.'
