« Well-appointed cottage that was once a stable block. Very nicely renovated with all the essentials that you need in a vacation home. Welcome pack (including a small bottle of milk!). Comfortable bed. Wood burning stove plus electric heaters. Set on its own behind the main house, it is visited by sheep grazing on common land and deer coming down to visit. Beautiful part of the country and well recommended for those wanting tranquility and calm (no tv!). »

« Voyage magnifique, le cottage est un paradis sur terre, rustique mais charmant avec plein d'attentions pour occuper les locataires (livres, dvd, jeux de sociétés et d'extérieur. Un jardin immense et un environnement extraordinairement beau. Le calme de la campagne et le charme du bord de mer. Les proprietaires sont a l'ecoute et tres discrets. Je recommande fortement cette location. »

« We stayed for 10 days in this very nice cottage. Wonderful place, very clean, confortable and decorated with lots of taste. A lot to see in the area (and beyond of course): Cairngorms, Stirling, Edinburgh to name a few... Aberfeldy, the town nearby, is very nice with all we need (as well as good restaurants with very good recommandations from Elizabeth). Last but not least we had the chance to see deers passing by near the house almost every night! We were sad to leave the place... Would...

« We loved the apartment- it felt like home away from home. The views of the ocean and surrounding mountains were breathtaking. We really loved the location- it was very quiet, we had access to a small grocery store right down the road, and were close to many of the top spots to visit on Skye. We also loved meeting our hosts Tricia and Neil, who were very kind, helpful, considerate and friendly. We will definitely be back! »

Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. »
