'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'I had a terrible experience on the check-in with a woman dressed like she's a tourist herself in shorts and a half shirt. Her communication as a hotel front desk is lacking, not even a greeting to welcome her guests. When she requests for payment of the service fee was unclear followed by a request for $150 deposit, it was more of a demand than a request.
