'Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!'

'The property was very clean. The door is a little tricky but we worked on it until we were sure we understood it and then it worked perfectly. This is much better than a flaky lock that works inconsistently. We enjoyed visiting the Poe Museum during our stay.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'When we arrived the room was 83 deg. at 9:30 PM. We switched rooms to one that was originally 77 degrees; manager very apologetic. Our room had a large, dead roach under the coffee table, and the toilet took over 10 minutes to fill between flushes. When we went down stairs for breakfast there was a roach on the couch in the lobby. The breakfast was waffles, bagels and burned, lukewarm quiches; juice machined didn't work and the place was not being cleaned, or kept up by staff. We chose not to...
