'The room was very spacious, and the equipment was very clean.'

'The service was perfect but the mattress on the bed was awful. We had a Queensize bed and on one side was a crazy big indent from another guest(?). The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. Me and my partner both had backaches from sleeping on that mattress. '

'There were stains on the carpets. In bad need of being lifted. The rest of the facilities were good although, the pool area is swamped with members of the public and it’s difficult to get a space in the sauna, whirlpool etc. having to queue or be sitting on someone’s lap! Staff really friendly, bar area nice '

'Relaxed and comfortable hotel with a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Restaurant was good and had a stunning view. We enjoyed staying in Dundee and visited the stunning new Victoria & Albert museum. Taking the bus from the hotel into town was easy and a convenient way of getting around.'
