« Really good value - everything that a small family needs for a break including a dishwasher! Lots of character with excellent views of the harbour and castle from the living room and bedroom on the second floor.Perfect for shops, cafes and galleries. Easy parking and a very pleasant neighbourhood to walk around day or night. Really appreciated the refreshments left for us by the host in the fridge on arrival. Would definitely return. »

« This apartment is beautiful—clean, bright energy; excellent amenities; convenient to all forms of public transportation and for getting around on foot. Communication with the owner was efficient and easy—extremely responsive to questions. It is in a lively section of City Centre, so evenings can be a bit noisy if you’re an early-to-bed type; if you love to go out in the evening, you’ll love the location! »

« Our team found the flat to be not very clean, especially in the bathroom but also on the floor with hair from previous use. Also, it was not mentioned in the vrbo platform that the owner needed a 250 £ and when they demanded it, 2 days before, we were caught off guard. O the bright side, the location was top and the apartment was nicely decorated. »

« I can highly recommend this flat as a base from which to explore Glasgow. The location is perfect. Easy flat walk to Riverside museum, a few mins to Kelvingrove, 2 mins to subway for rapid travel around the city. Very comfortable flat, lots of nearby supermarkets. Recommend booking car parking via Just Park at Morrisons car park [Merkland Court], access is via Vine Street. This is a 12 -15min walk from the flat. You will need to carry your luggage from there. »

We were able to walk to several of the sites we wanted to see. For those places that were further away, there is a bus stop nearby. Gillian's guidebook provided all the necessary information for our stay at the flat. »
