'Absolutely stunning hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant! We will definitely be back if we ever need to come to Richmond again!'

'Great place to stay in Richmond. Located within a half mile of VCU’s medical campus and also close to Richmond’s city center. There are restaurants within a few minutes walking distance and a cute coffee shop too. The hotel itself has a cozy and modern feel. The staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay again!'

'Beautiful hotel and great accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful.'

'Specious room with nice bath. It was very quiet! Close to everything we planned to visit.'

'Staying at the Jefferson is like stepping into an old movie set in a beautiful hotel (and I am sure it has in fact "starred" in a few movies). The hotel is immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was inviting and, honestly, I think the bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in — perfect mattress, perfect pillows, cool sheets. We hope we can have another little getaway there someday!'

'Clean large room and indeed a quirky place, but also very sterile. Not warm and'

'This hotel is bare-bones but perfectly good for a guest who is not planning to spend time in the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, but didn't know the answer to one of my questions. The location is excellent for flying out of RIC airport.'

'This is my go-to stay for the Allianz. Safe and walkable. Friendly staff and clean, comfy rooms.'

'Location was perfect- Staff very nice-Clean Room -Fair price'

'The young gentleman at the front desk was wonderful which is why I am giving a 3 star review and not a 2. The hotel overall was clean. The issues were 1) I found a penny in my bed, I don't carry cash or change and was alone during my visit. My conclusion is the penny was there when the bed was made. 2) Breakfast: No milk for cereal, No boiled eggs, the serving area was messy and dirty. I thought maybe there had been a rush so went back to my room for a few mins. When I returned still no milk or...
