'Everything was mostly clean. Coffee pot still had old coffee grinds, and shower wasnt as clean as it could have been, a few spare hairs, but rest was ok.'

'Everything looked very nice. It was clean. They were very polite, and when we needed new towels, they made sure we had them. Very happy with my stay.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'This place horrible. Expedia should not be listing this place. Furniture was so dirty and stained they flipped the cushions over, the tv only had 12 channels working out of 62. Cut phone cords broken lamp shades along with no light bulbs. Never cleaned my room. I would like a total refund. The worst place o have ever stayed . Will never recommend or stay in another one if I dont get a refund.'

'Would have enjoyed my shower more if the water was hotter. Overall. Very nice stay.'
