We had called the hotel several times to alert them that we would not arrive until after 8, phone message said they were busy helping other customers or had stepped away from the desk. Had to find another hotel at 8:30 on a Friday night.'

'Absolutely beautiful house. Minor issue upon check in, the wrong entry code was given prompting us to reach out to guests services. Once the host was contacted, check in was simple. Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. 'Room was awesome! Room was nice and clean, check-in was easy and had plenty of amenities. I would say the owners should be proud of that room but it was readily apparent that they already were with how much care they put into making sure we felt comfortable and welcome.'
