'We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner. We feel like we just didn’t get the most bang for our buck. It was a splurge for us in an expensive room and...

'I had a great stay. Free street parking with pass. Very walkable to metro station. This is a bottom unit so you do hear movement upstairs, but it wasn't too bad. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable! Host always responded quickly to any questions! Would recommend! '
