« The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better »

« A great Denver downtown stay. Very clean with a comfortable bed and two extra roll away beds. There is a parking garage underneath that you can pay to park in. They didn’t let us know about needing to pay for until a few hours before check in but we paid and it was worth it. There are some restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. The owner was extremely responsive to messages. »

« The location is excellent - in a great neighborhood with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Zuni street brewing is right next door with different food truck options every night. The apartment is bright with large windows and a deck with views of downtown. »

« We had such a great visit & this condo was the perfect place for us. We were there to see Supercross at Empower Field. The event was only 1 block away. We didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic afterwards. Great location, close to paved trails to run, bike or walk. Close by restaurants to walk to. Close to downtown. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, check in & out was easy. We’d stay there again. »

« Elizabeth and Jerome were very easy to communicate with and let us know all of the details that were needed. The condo was very clean and in a great location! Natural Grocers was across the street for all your grocery needs, along with Bonfire Burritos 1 block away for coffee and breakfast! Extremely easy 1 mile walk to downtown Golden for all your restaurant and shopping needs! On-site parking was also a bonus! We will be back to stay here again! »

« We have stayed at Espadin in Denver several times and have always enjoyed our stay overall. This last time was a disappointing in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the unit. There was hair in the sink and the shower in the bathroom and it looked like there was a quick cleaning pass over the rest of the unit. Also, the sheets on the bed and pillows were awful. Finally, the hoops I had to go through just to rent the unit were cumbersome to say the least, especially since we had already...
