From the exceptional staff who froze the marlin we caught on our deep sea fishing excursion and prepared not 1 but 2 delicious gourmet meals for our group to the accommodating staff all around pool/shuttle/house keeping/chefs/management/wait staff. 'Very relaxing stay! One suggestion I would make is for Las Brisas to eliminate or mae more apparent their two-tiered all inclusive system. We were with a large group and we had different restaurant access privileges and different levels of access to premium drinks at the bar. We had no idea about this difference heading into the trip. Still had a great trip but it was an unexpected minor complication.'

'The staff were phenomenal hard working people with a great attitude. The minor problems we had such as a remote control not working were addressed immediately. If I had any issue I might say the main buffet wasn't open after five quite a few days. That said there were many good food options including 24 hour a day room service.'
