'This place reminded me of a youth hostel - small rooms and bathroom/shower in the hall, If you are by yourself and want to be within walking distance of Wrigley Field, this might be your place. Parking is difficult. There is no front desk and contacting staff is not easy if you have an issue.'

'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air.
