Kastelen in North Cornish Coast

'I recently stayed at this hotel in Newquay and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.'

'The beds were far too soft, the base had springs rising up in it and was stained, looked years old. I shared a superior twin room with a friend for one week, the friend who I was with had to put the mattress on the floor after the first night due to back ache, there was no provision for a new base. By the end of the week my neck and shoulders were painful. Apart from this the staff were helpful, the room and hotel was clean, the view from our sea view room could not have been better, breakfast...

'We had stayed here before and the second time did not disappoint. Lovely, helpful and cheery staff made us feel welcome. We will definitely return in the future.'

'The staff were very welcoming and used to customers doing walking tours. Provided information as required and were glad to have me stay. Great location!'

'Clean room, but breakfast menu is the same, no change'

'Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast and easy to park.'

'Lovely friendly staff'
