« An exceptionally well-placed spacious house with easy access to beach, Efford Down and SW Coastal Path. The weather prevented use of the adjacent decking with fantastic view and brick built barbecue. Property was clean and reasonably well-equipped, dog friendly and close to town, pub and food outlets. »

« The property was in the middle of farm. Nice property. The owner gave us all the information required before through message and route was also mentioned so precise. Without that it would have been difficult to spot the location. The approach from main road to the property which was a stretch of 2 miles is a single car passage, this alone was tricky but the rest of the stay was amazing. »

« Our stay was wonderful and Overdene was the perfect house for us. The location is amazing as you have access to a gorgeous beach which is perfect surfing for kids and the cliff tops for lovely walks. The downstairs open plan area is perfect for big families, as you can fill advantage of the big table, kitchen, bbq and garden all together. The bedrooms are a great size and the kids loved the bunk bed room. All in all, it was perfect. »

« We really enjoyed our stay with Peter and Shelley. The accommodation was lovely, seperate to the main house set within the garden. Very secluded and with outdoor seating and table alongside a koi pool with its gentle waterfall as a backdrop. The village is secluded above a large reservoir with good road access back towards Falmouth. Personally I’d recommend driving that way out towards Falmouth as some of the surrounding lanes are very narrow for those unfamiliar with countryside living. We...
