I booked the Superior Double Four-Poster Ensuite Room at Westcroft Guesthouse for a partner's milestone birthday. Upon arrival, we found a note on the front door stating Westcroft had "relocated." 'The hotel was awful, dirty. Couldn't have dinner hotel to busy. Breakfast had to be pre ordered, then one breakfast was forgotten. Had to keep asking for items. The poached eggs were rock hard. The whole experience was a nightmare. Found cut dirty toe nails on the bed. cobwebs in the bedroom. Pool area was terrible. Hotel needs a complete refurb. Some photos couldn't be uploaded. '
