Particuliere vakantiehuizen in City Island

'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

'This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.'

'Farida was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay when we visited NY.'

'We were in town for a family birthday celebration. Before booking, we looked at the area hotels and they were all either very expensive, or, had terrible reviews. This was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean, nice neighborhood, private entrance and property and easy parking right out front.'

'Had plenty of room and close to where we needed to be. It was clean and easy to check in and out. Ample street parking. I would definitely use this place again if I’m back in the area.'

'people above us, low parking availability, shower nicd'

'Good'

'Here for our Daughter’s wedding and despite having limited sightseeing time we had a blast!! The house was very nice with a great view of the water and easy walking distance to downtown Cold Spring Harbor. Downtown Huntington was about a 5 minute drive away with plenty more action including microbreweries and restaurants. Our hosts were fantastic and we hope to get up there again soon.'

'Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....'

'Great location, walkable to many sights we wanted to see. Lovely historic building. '

'So much space to hang out with our friends!'

'Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Great travel links.'

'Easy check in, plenty of room, will stay again'

'Had a great stay communication with the host was perfect. Will definitely go back. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but the house is very clean and nice close to a lot of great restaurants.'

'This was a perfect place for our group. Most bedrooms are actual bedrooms - not the beds shoved into closets and hallways you often find in rental properties that advertise this size. So privacy and quiet were all possible (though it's not exactly a quiet neighborhood, especially during the World Cup!). The Kitchen was nice and big - I wish we had had time to make some group meals. The Wifi was unclear. I guess it was there, but there were no instructions. The host came in late one night,...

'Such a fun place to stay, Decore, amenities, and smart home features were all top notch. Close to LIRR so easy to get into the city. Would definitely stay here again.'
