Flats in City Island

'The location was perfect- steps away from everything, Times Square and Mc Donald’s and Chick-fil-A and Walgreens, restaurants, bars and pizza and a little park in front to relax. You can see the Chrysler building from the room. Very safe. It was a bit dusty from the dryer venting in the unit. It did get hot from the dryer. It was clean and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. I was shocked by such a gem of a find! I will try to hunt down this place again for my next stay!'

'This is a quiet shady street. The roof top area is a fabulous bonus. The walk to subway was easy. If you are not a fan of stairs, this place is not for you though. We would stay here again.'

'Clean room, shops nearby, excellent location right in the middle of Times Square'

'Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a great location. Super clean, attentive host, and easy to access. Hope to stay here the next time we are in Brooklyn.'

'Priceless views. So spacious and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer but it was booked out. Will definitely come back.'

'Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. '
