'The lady at the front desk during the day was very cheerful and friendly, however I pointed out to her two different days that the elevator needed to be vacuumed. The elevator had paper and food crumbs. The same paper and food crumbs all 4 days. She said she would have housekeeping take care of it yet every time I went up both elevators they same debris was still there. The vacuuming of the rooms was not much better. Also on more than one occasion I saw bugs in the lobby. The breakfast...
