'Good value but outdated'

'This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. 'Net hotel, schone kamer. Hing wel muffe lucht in hotelkamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt bestond uit bladerdeegbroodjes en koekjes. Erg lekker en vers, maar wel eenzijdig. Koffie was goed en altijd beschikbaar.'

'It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...
