'Affordable luxury when looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Staff is very attentive and friendly, the pool is nice and cool to chill from the sun and the amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. What sells this hotel are the stunning views to the ocean for sunrise or lagoon for sunset. Food was ok but nothing extravagant - restaurants available serve either buffet, Asian cuisine or Mediterranean....all three are decent but not extraordinary. 'Voor de prijs (50% zomerkorting) was het gebodene OK. Douche, bed en AC OK. Ruime kamer. Ligging goed, met balkon met uitzicht op lagune, buiten de drukte van de andere hotels en de Kukulkanboulevard. Prettige receptionisten. Heerlijk was het zwembad en de schaduwrijke tuin met aangenaam (Belgisch) restaurant aan het water. Specifiek probleem: er was geen sleutel, zodat elke keer de 'receptionist' mee moest. En het 'inclusieve ontbijt' stelde weinig voor, en was in een soort keukentje, waarbij...

'The room was totally not what I thought it would be. The ground was wet and dirty, I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes on. The WiFi is really back working. The hotel from the outside looks good, but unfortunately that’s the only good point. '

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
