'Affordable luxury when looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Staff is very attentive and friendly, the pool is nice and cool to chill from the sun and the amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. What sells this hotel are the stunning views to the ocean for sunrise or lagoon for sunset. 'Voor de prijs (50% zomerkorting) was het gebodene OK. Douche, bed en AC OK. Ruime kamer. Ligging goed, met balkon met uitzicht op lagune, buiten de drukte van de andere hotels en de Kukulkanboulevard. Prettige receptionisten. Heerlijk was het zwembad en de schaduwrijke tuin met aangenaam (Belgisch) restaurant aan het water. Specifiek probleem: er was geen sleutel, zodat elke keer de 'receptionist' mee moest.
