'Good hotel. Nice walk behind hotel to centre of lancaster. Takes about 40 mins but like walking and weather was lovely so suited us fine. Complimentary water, juice, crisps and choc biscuits in fridge which was nice touch. Good breakfast. Overall enjoyable stay.'

'Absolutely stunning views from the room. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate a different room for my 1 year old son. I was given a room with a 4 poster bed and requested one without this. The manager showed me 3 different rooms one of which was a family room (even though I only booked a double room) just to cater to my request. She was patient and allowed me to choose a room I ended up going with the original room given to me as the views were beautiful and not once...

'Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. '

'Na 13 jaar weer opnieuw naar dit hotel gegaan. Voor de zekerheid een superior kamer geboekt. Volgens de website van het hotel krijg je dan zicht op de tuin of omliggend bos. Bij onze kamer was dat de parkeerplaats. De kamer was op zicht prachtig, ruim en goed ingericht. Alleen bleken de muren in dit annex-gedeelte van het gebouw wel erg. Van de 4 geboekte nachten er 4 slecht geslapen door allerlei buren geluid. Van een luide televisie van oudere mensen naast ons tot klappende deuren van andere...

'Onze algehele ervaring met dit hotel is erg goed. Alles wat we wilden was aanwezig. Gratis parkeren, zeer makkelijk achter een slagboom. Goede wifi, de wifi was bovengemiddeld goed in dit hotel. Gratis ontbijt. Ruime kamer, de kamer was zeer ruim met extra zitgedeelte. Goede douche, erg fijne douche met lekkere dikke handdoeken. '
