'We had a wonderful stay in this property over new year. The property is very close to the centre of Kirby Lonsdale & also for exploring the surrounding countryside. The property is very clean and cosy, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is also well equipped. We would not hesitate to stay here again.'

'We stayed here for a week during May 2023. The Bungalow was a great location for us. Peace and quiet when we wanted it and close to Blackpool and other seaside locations when we wanted them. The Bungalow was clean, safe and perfect for our break. The owner was quick in communication and friendly throughout the booking process and the actual stay.'

'The flat was immaculate, comfy beds, plenty of parking and absolutely everything you might need- wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend ☺️ Downstairs there is a co op, very good chip shop and a Chinese takeaway, there's a chemist just over the road and a bus stop outside - bus takes about half an hour to get into Blackpool. Nice high street, restaurants and a Booths supermarket all nearby as well.'

'Fantastic stay. House location is ace - away enough from the frenzy of the town yet close enough to walk in & enjoy all the attractions. The hot tub was greatly appreciated by our teenagers and us too! Host was very helpful and communicative. Only suggestion would be to have a clothes dryer / line as couldn’t find anything for a lot of wet towels. Would definitely return to this house.'

'We loved our stay at this very nice guest house! It was nice and clean with all the comfort you'd expect and want. The musical instruments were definitely a bonus, as one of our sons plays a bit of piano. The view from the living room and the master bedroom is spectacular, especially at sunrise. We also appreciated the quiet neighbourhood, even though the house is in the center of the town. Shops are at walking distance, so no need to jump in your car for grocery shopping. 'We had a fantastic long weekend on the Graythwaite estate. The property was immaculate and well equipped, with plenty of space for a large group and comfortable beds. If you like the Lakes and the activities it has to offer then this is a great place to stay. I would have given 5 stars but for the heating, which uses storage heaters and the property was cold in the evening, particularly on the first night. Also be wary of the fan/light over the hob which was very easy to bang your head on.'
