'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean).
The hotel is within walking distance of the town which is useful for...

Security is...

Hotelpersoneel is supervriendelijk.'

'Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort.'

'We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!'

'If you're looking for a truly quiet and secluded getaway, look no further. You will feel like you're the only house on the planet. At first I was weary of the weather, but I found that the rain makes this place even more cozy and charming! Listening to the pitter patter on the roof with the windows open helped me sleep like a baby. Not to mention enjoying the gorgeous cooler temps in what I call the second living room which is outside! The hot tub was suuuuch a vibe with the string lights at...
