« We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed confortable. The only problem was the significant gap under the door that let insects through. We ended up having an earwig in the bath tub and I woke up with one on my arm. Other than that, it was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. »

« It's à Super 8 - what do you expect! No flat screen TV here, but that's better than a flat screen TV with poor quality video as we experienced in many more expensive hotels. very friendly staff. one draw back none of the ice machine had any ice. Got ice from the office. We stayed here two days. No house keeping on the second day! Breakfast very basic! No complimentary coffee in the lobby; no complementary newspaper. King size bed comfortable. Bathroom shower and bath could afford to be updated »

« I stayed at Spark by Hilton Williams once, and it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve had. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Even after I checked out, one of the staff members generously gave me access to the Wi-Fi so I could use my phone and FaceTime my boyfriend. « I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed.
