Cottages in Gray Lodge Wildlife Area

'I normally do not give a bad review but from the moment we walked into the front office to check in, it was not good. The lobby smelled like a cat litter box and wet dog. The room was neat but that is as far as the compliments go. We had no hot water the 3 days we were there. The staff was notified and that was the extent of it. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. 'We stayed one night to attend a concert at the hard rock Casino and Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was maintained nicely. Someone was either emptying trash bags or sweeping. There was constant movement by the staff. The room itself was nice and clean. we will definitely stay again if we attend another concert at the hard rock.'

'Loved the fresh linens and overall room cleanliness! Unfortunately, the only thing off was that our supposed non-smoking room reeked with cigarette smell!'
