'The Inn at Shasta Lake was a quaint bed and breakfast located about 20 minutes outside of Redding. It was quiet and peaceful here. They allow pets in certain rooms which is nice if you're traveling with dogs! I enjoyed how communicative the staff were. If you needed something, you can text a number and they were on it! 'We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior lake view chalet that had been updated with paint and new furniture. It was light and bright and very comfortable! I hope they continue to update all of their chalets.'

'Laten we beginnen met de 2 positieve punten, ruime kamer, lekker bed. Dat was het dan. Nare vervelende dames bij de receptie, totaal niet behulpzaam en arrogant. Kamerpasje deed het steeds niet en in plaats van verontschuldiging, kregen we een grote bek dat wij niet goed met de pasjes omgingen. Ontbijt ook vreselijk, slecht, armoedig buffet met geschifte melk in de koffie. Zwembad ook niet schoon en klein. Wij komen hier nooit meer.'

'We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chico, CA. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of options. The fitness room was clean and a good selection of equipment. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our little pet, a Shih Tzu accompanied us and our accommodations were very pet friendly.'

'Airco’s maken een vreselijk kabaal, ook van andere kamers zijn goed te horen, algehele afwerking is slecht, kieren rond de deuren. Ontbijt is een lachertje met slechte koffie en wat verpakte koeken. Een schril contrast tot eerdere Super 8 motels waar we verbleven hebben. Veel te duur voor wat het is. Om het enigszins positief af te sluiten, het was wel schoon.'
