'송도에 볼 일이 자주 있을 때 집을 구하자니 아깝고, 호텔에 머무르기는 불편해서 싫을 때 자주 이용하는 오피스텔 형 숙소에요. 3층 로비에 가면 어반스테이, 랜드마크스테이, 노벰버스테이, 모두의 스테이였나? 다 모여있는데 방들은 다 거기서 거기에요. 그 방구조를 어떻게 꾸며놨느냐의 차이일 뿐인데, 랜드마크 스테이는 안에 구조가 잘 되어있고, 어반스테이는 비품이 편하게 구비되어 있는 반면 전체적으로 욕실 줄눈들이 노랗고 지저분해서 사용할 수록 별로이고, 노벰버의 경우는 평범하고 가성비가 좋은 대신에 관리하시는 아주머님들이 청소 할 공간은 많은데 시간이 없으셨는지 눈에 보이는 것들만 정리를 하고 나가신 방을 만나는 경우가 많아요. 그래서 가끔은 먼지가 쌓여있거나, 주방 벽면에 음식물이 튀어 있다거나, 화장실 나방같은게 돌아다니거나, 냄새가 난다거나, 바닥에 물티슈로 닦으면 그냥 닦이는 것들이 있다거나 하기도 하는데 그냥 이 오피스텔 형 숙소 네 군데가 가의 다 그래서 솔직히 별 차이들은...

'隣の部屋の人にムスリムのお祈りで勝手に部屋を使われていたり、共有キッチンで作っていたハラールの臭いがかなり強く残っていたりなど、隣人との関係に問題があった。また、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ないなど、ほかにもいくつか問題があったため、予定より早くチェックアウトをした。しかし、フロントの対応をしてくださったお姉さんはとても親切で、丁寧だった。'

'고국 방문을 위해 가족들과 삼박을 예약 했다가 연장을 하여 총 6박을 했습니다. 여기로 옮기기전에 다산동에서 머물렀었는데, 그것보다 훨씬 크고 좋았습니다. 구리시 전통시장 근처에 새로 지은 건물로, 북적거리는 거리와 다르게 숙소는 조용하고 깨끗했으며, 매우 친절하신 스태프께서 많은 도움을 주셨습니다! 다시 한국을 갈때 다시 머무를 예정입니다.'

'5 star location, communication with the host was fast & easy! Inside of the unit was little outdated (toilet tank cover was missing) but overall it was comfortable. Nice to have both washer & dryer inside of the unit. Kitchen was well equipped to do simple cooking. I would stay here again. '

'고시텔, 원룸텔을 자주 이용하는데 다른 고시텔 보다도 방도 훨씬 크고, 침대도 크고 푹신하고, 방 안에 인덕션,싱크대,전자레인지,냉장고가 다 있어서 단기 여행 중에도 배달 음식 시켜서 데워먹고 처리하기 편해서 좋았어요. 옷장이 없어서 입구 쪽 천장에 옷을 걸어놔야 해서 냄새가 강한 음식을 배달시켜 먹으면 냄새가 조금 날 순 있을 것 같아요. 하지만 호텔의 장점(편안한 침대 등), 고시텔의 장점을 다 합친 느낌이라 너무 좋았어요. 정말 조용하고 깨끗해요'

'The location is perfect, close to the subway station and from there can go anywhere in the city. The apartment itself has a great view, very spacious. Could fit multiple people if full family visits. The owner is very responsive and also helped us out with booking a taxi from and to the airport. even when the driver could not find us, Sunny helped us with communicating with the driver. Thank you Sunny!!If I could leave from than 5 stars... We loved it and do want to come back. Ps. try exercising...

'Just returned from an awesome two week stay is Seoul with my wife and two girls. The apartment is great, the neighborhood is vibrant, and transportation links are very convenient. We were able to navigate the very efficient transportation system starting our day with a bus that picks up directly outside the apartment. The host is very responsive and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.'
