'酒店離國會議事堂站非常近。國會議事堂站的出口有電梯和升降機，攞大型行李都無問題。酒店附近有很多不同的餐廳，但這邊是上班地方，所以有部分在星期六和星期日會休息。不過好處係附近比較安靜。客房空間很足夠，打開兩個大行李箱完全無問題。客房整潔度亦很好。房內的洗衣設備非常方便，有洗衣機，乾衣機和消毒機。但要自備洗衣粉或洗衣液。我每天都會用消毒機為羽絨服和外套消毒。這是我第二次住這間酒店，我都會推薦這 間酒店給朋友。'

'The room was spotless and had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made everything much easier. The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area.
The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room even had a large refrigerator, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay! '

'During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. 'The AC in the room kept it at the cooler temperature I like at night. The drinks and food in the lobby restaurant/bar were very good, but I would have liked a rooftop bar with a view - similar to the 81st floor bar in the hotel across the street. The restaurants on the 11th floor of the Lotte Dept. store provided several reasonably-priced options for dining. It was convenient having 3 phones in the room.
