No one answered the phone at 10:30 PM at the front desk. Bed and mattress is very cheap and uncomfortable. It was making cracking sound when one person was moving around. Don't plan to go back again!'

'The staff were friendly and professional. The lobby clean and inviting. Rooms were comfortable but seem somewhat dated. The room had been cleaned but it seemed in need of a deep clean. Not a bad place. Keep your expectations realistic and it's fine. I will say, I observed the onsite manager and interacted with her a couple of times. I would give her 5 stars. 'I chose this hotel after my first year staying at Red Roof Inn. Although it is a bit more, you have a decent hotel when staying in Aberdeen. Next time, when I go to Aberdeen, this hotel is my first option. A little suggestion, there are some bars and restaurants around, it would be great to have a bar where people can hang out after a convention'
