Vakantie en citytrip naar Bel Air

Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone.

I needed a rollaway bed for my daughter in a corner room. The staff was very accommodating and provided me one. It made the difference for our comfort for this Fourth of July weekend family vacation.

This hotel is pretty well located and maintained, however, the check-in staff mentioned that breakfast was included when I checked-in. The next morning we go to breakfast and told about the offerings, then a second staff member comes after we start grabbing food demanding for vouchers. Since we were also asked to pay nearly $70 at check-in after prepaying the room, we weren't clear what she's talking about, no manager was available, and we just left breakfast. This also happened to another guest who was at breakfast at the same time. After asking what the $70 charge was about, the front desk said it's for Wi-Fi and other "amenities" offered by the hotel. Given that we got no housekeeping the next day or other "amenties" this charge seems rather criminal.

We hadden een prachtige ruime kamer. De badkamer was ook heel groot. Een heerlijke douche. De bedden vonden we iets te zacht. Hotel is op loopafstand van Witte Huis, en in de buurt van het hotel zijn veel restaurantjes. Een prima plek om een aantal nachten te verblijven.
