'My stay at LVN Chicago West Loop was great. Prompt responses and easy check in. The hotel is nice and accommodating. Almost makes you feel like you’re in your home away from home. Staff is also very polite. My family really liked the hotel and location since buses and union station was very close to get around the city. Thank you for hosting our stay!'

'It was the coolest place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. I loved the interior design, the attention to detail and the atmosphere there. Loved the size of the room. Also, really enjoyed the breakfast! It was delicious and I especially liked that it was cooked for each person, so less wasteful than a conventional buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'Clean rooms, staff is very attentive.. My only complaint was there were no towel holders in the bathrooms to hang the towels to dry after use.'

'Nous avons eu une chambre au 21e étage ce qui fut agréable. L’hôtel est un peu décentré dans un quartier moyen. Très bon accueil. Tout est propre et classe. Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. Le petit déjeuner est complet: omelette, sausage, moyen de se faire des gaufres, yaourt, porridge, cake et choix confitures industriel. Du fromage ou des produits...
