'We booked for our 22-year-old daughter, who was traveling solo and needed to be in close proximity to Union Station. After researching properties in the area where we felt it would be safe for her to stay by herself (she was checking in very late on the night she arrived), we found this gem. She got to her unit and immediately texted us and said, "This is so nice, I could totally see myself living in a place like this!" The host was communicative and responsive. 10/10 would book again!'

'Everything was fine! Nice, clean, new, great view south from high floor room, staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Why four stars? I guess I just expect a lot for the very high rates charged, so of course a comfortable king bed and nice towels are only what one would expect. And a spacious room with a chaise is nice, but paper cups for coffee service and bare clothes racks instead of a closet are more Motel 6 than luxury, that's all. 'The location, staff physical place were all great. The bed was clean and super comfortable. Unfortunately the last roommate I got was super noisy. He came in after midnight and switched on all the lights and once he was in bed—he coughed all night. I thought he was maybe really sick…I sort of wished I had a 95 mask. Luck of the draw. '
