'My family of 5 and I stayed here for 5 nights and definitely enjoyed ourselves. We did an excursion but booked through Expedia. The beach area was nice and rooms were more than accommodating. The chairs by the main pool by the beach were always filled up so we did not get to swim there much but the kids pool was definitely fun. You do have to get up at 7am to get chairs by the pool. 'We had a great time at this resort. Our group had one adult and two kids with Celiac disease, and the staff was really accommodating about showing us what we could eat and making special gluten free food for the kids. The resort was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a jacuzzi loft suite in building 12 and it was HUGE. The butlers in building 12 were great. No complaints. '

'The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.'

This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
