' The hotel is very clean and pretty. Staff is nice. Family friendly was so so wished they had some water slides. Kids tried the wipeout but that didn’t last much. The wipeout is the inflatable on the water. Kayaking was fine with an adult of course. Paddle boards are from 16 yrs old. Snorkeling was ok. Seaweed and dark water ruined it. 'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'Everything was wonderful! But the mosquitoes were unbearable. Ruined the experience a little. More should have been done to control it. Also my room was stuck at 69 degrees and I wasn’t allowed to make it cooler. The whole resort needed to be cooler indoors. But other than that everything was wonderful.
