'Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group.'

A subway stop is steps away from the front door. Central Park is across the street. I have stayed at Trump facilities before; this one met our high expectations. 'Five+ stars for location, size, balcony and high ceilings. Nice street in wonderful neighborhood with great restaurants and stores nearby. This apartment is literally less than a minute walk to Central Park and a subway station. Within minutes you can walk to all the big museums. Hosts were easy to reach and prompt with their responses.'

'This studio apartment saved the day! It has everything you need for a successful stay in NYC. The neighborhood is fantastic: getting food, toiletries, etc is easy and convenient, and access to mass transit is great. This particular street is also very safe and mostly quiet at night. The building was undergoing some construction when I was there, but the host was courteous and always kept me in the loop. The neighbors who live there are terrific— friendly and welcoming.'

'It was excellent for the solo traveler. I don’t believe it would work for someone in a wheelchair, or with other type of limited mobility. And if you aren’t strong enough to climb up a few little steps on the small ladder to get to a top bunk, you should let them know that when you make a reservation. I stayed in the top bunk this time, and it was super easy to get in and out, but I can see how it might be daunting for somebody else.'

'they charge an 10$ per night YMCA membrr fee no matter you are already a member or no at the check-in time. But I was able to get refund of this charge. It should be a condition of such charge at the check-in time. Thsis would cause less hassle for the guests who are the members. '
